Zibibbo Orestiadi is a Sicilian Terre IGP produced only with Zibibbo grapes from Orestiadi Estate in Giberellina in Sicily. The vineyards are located in the Belice Valley area and the soils are clayey-calcareous, which, together with a favorable climate, create the perfect conditions for the ripening of the Zibibbo grapes. Once ripened, Zibibbo grapes are taken to the winery for pressing and the musts ferment at a temperature of 15-16 ° C for about 15 days, afterwards the Zibibbo Orestiadi wine remains on its own fine lees in steel until blending and bottling that takes place in the spring following the harvest.
