Vitti Primitivo di Manduria is a wine made from Primitivo di Manduria grape variety grown in the area of Salento in Puglia. The grapes are harvested around the middle of September and taken to the cellar for destemming. The fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for about 15 days in which thanks to the maceration of the skins with the must the wine Vitti Primitivo di Manduria is enriched in color, aromas and structure.
