Vermentino Belvento

The Vermentino Belvento is a wine produced with 100% Vermentino grapes to enhance the freshness and the pleasantness that this vine can give. The grapes are grown in the Maremma area near the sea, in fact the vineyards enjoy a particular climate given by the influence of the sea breezes that certainly characterize the ripening of the grapes. The grapes are harvested manually only when the aromatic maturation is complete therefore on average in the second ten days of September. Once in the winery the grapes that make up the Vermentino Belvento are gentle pressed and the must ferments in steel at a temperature of 16 ° C to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Vermentino Belvento is bottled in the spring following the harvest and placed on the market to be appreciated in its youth.
