How it's made | To make the traditional artisanal panettone, it is necessary to make different doughs with flour, eggs and sugar. By making different doughs, these can leaven more uniformly and they will be easier to digest. The first dough rest for more than 12 hours so that the mother yeast has time to start working. The next day the ingredients for the second dough are added to the first one which are: butter and the traditional ingredients for the panettone such as raisins, candied citron and orange.
