Tortiglioni Sgambaro 500g are an excellent quality pasta, so they can be used in a variety of recipes. One of my favorites is a baked pasta recipe with sausage and mushrooms. To prepare it, start with a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil and a crumbled sausage. Cook until the sausage is no longer pink. Add a chopped onion, some minced garlic and a handful of chopped mushrooms. Cook until onion is soft. Add a can of chopped tomatoes, a little salt and pepper and some chopped parsley.
