Three milk Lari cheeses with vegetable rennet by Busti family is a cheese with a long aging in the tufa cave of Lari and is produced with milk from sheep, goats and cows which give the cheese particular and unique organoleptic characteristics. This cheese has the characteristic of having a pinstripe paste and a black rind due to the use of charcoal. Unique pecorino with a complex of aromas that bring back to the roots of tradition. Excellent grated cheese tasty and excellent eaten with Tuscan red wine of great body.
