Tenute Orestiadi Ludovico is a wine produced with Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes cultivated in the Belice Valley area of Sicily, in the municipality of Gibellina. The vineyards have volcanic soils that, together with favorable climate conditions, allow the grapes to reach a perfect ripening state every year. Nero d'Avola is harvested and taken to the winery for pressing, alcohol fermentation takes place in steel tanks at about 25-27 ° C for about 15 days during which refills and delestages are repeated to extract fragrances and polyphenols from skins.
