Whole-wheat spaghetti

Spaghetti is a long, thin and round type of pasta. Nowadays spaghetti is the most well-known pasta in the world,and Italian cuisine has made it famous all over the world by using it in many dishes as the central ingredient. 1154 is the first proof of the existence of a long and round pasta from Sicily and then in 1824 the word spaghetti appears in a work of Antonio Viviani, a Neapolitan comedy writer. Today spaghetti is cooked in every Italian region and the most traditional dish is spaghetti with tomatoe sauce, parmeasan and basil leaves. Pastificio Maiella produces this pasta shape, a prominent product of the Italian history, with unrefined, whole-wheat flour which makes the spaghetti even tastier.
