Sorgente Lugana DOC is a wine made from grapes produced by Citari. Lugana Sorgente is produced from grapes coming from young vineyards, the soil from which the grapes come from are morenic of clay composition. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, fermentation is carried out at low temperatures in steel tanks. The aging is done in steel tanks for about 7 months. Fresh wine, Sorgente is great as an aperitif or with fish dishes, raw also.
