How it's made | The tuna is allowed to bleed under running water and then hand cleaned without the use of chemical additives. The tuna is then cooked in stainless steel baskets using water and salt, this to keep and preserve the nutritional and organoleptic qualities. After cooking plugs are eliminated and the skin is removed, cleaned parts are cut and placed inside glass jars wich are filled with olive oil. Finally, the jar is sealed and labeled. |
