Fusilli Sgambaro 500g are an excellent quality pasta, so they can be used in a variety of recipes. One of my favorites is a baked pasta recipe with fusilli, sausage and vegetables. To prepare it, start with a saucepan of olive oil and add a finely chopped onion. Add the sausage and cook until well cooked. Then add vegetables to taste, such as zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are soft. Then add Fusilli Sgambaro 500g pasta and cook until al dente. Add some grated cheese and mix well. Pour it all into a pan.
