Salaris White Scamorza 1.3 Kg
Unsmoked Scamorza Bianca Salaris is a pasta filata cheese of Italian origin, made from whole cow's milk. Its appearance is that of a round shape, with a smooth and thin white rind. The paste is soft and compact, milky white in color, with an elastic and stringy texture. The taste is mild and sweet, with notes of fresh milk and a slight acidity. Unsmoked Scamorza Bianca Salaris is a versatile cheese, ideal to be eaten alone or used in cooking to prepare dishes such as pizzas, sandwiches and salads.

Combinations
The 1.3 kg white Salaris scamorza is a versatile cheese that lends itself to multiple combinations in the kitchen. One of my favorite combinations is the one with smoked bacon and potatoes. Cut the scamorza into cubes and set it aside. In a pan, brown the smoked bacon cut into cubes until it makes it crunchy. Add the potatoes cut into cubes and cook them until they become soft. Add the diced scamorza and mix well until it melts completely. Serve hot and enjoy this rustic and tasty dish.
