Salumificio Lovison is the benchmark of pork products from Friuli and beyond. Lovison's Knife Point Salami is produced in an artisanal way-in fact, the pork is manually selected and diced. After bagging, the salamis are placed in special seasoning cellars for 3 days, after which the Lovison Knife Point Salami is transferred to other, more humid rooms for seasoning for 3 months before marketing.
