Pure sheep's saffron from the Busti family is a short-aged cheese. The milk used is pure sheep's milk just milked to which is added saffron from the Val D'Orcia. This cheese has the characteristic of having flavors of freshly milked milk and the characteristic flavor of saffron. Excellent cheese consumed with Tuscan vernaccia.
