Rottensteiner Moscato Giallo (Goldmuskateller) Alto Adige DOC

Rottensteiner Yellow Muscat (Goldmuskateller) is a wine produced in South Tyrol by the Rottensteiner winery from the Yellow Moscato variety grown in mountain vineyards at an altitude of about 390 m above sea level, which allows the development of very fine and elegant aromas. This Goldmuskateller (as it is said in South Tyrol) has the characteristic of being dry, with no residual sugars that make it an extremely pleasant wine and really not maudlin with a very broad spectrum of matching. Yellow Moscato grapes are harvested manually and brought to the winery for gentle pressing, fermented in steel in controlled temperature tanks for about 10 days at 19 ° C, then rest until blending and bottling in stainless steel containers. The Rottensteiner Muscat Yellow (Goldmuskateller) rests in the bottle for 2 months before being released on the market.
