Rosso di Montalcino DOC Silvio Nardi

Rosso di Montalcino Silvio Nardi DOC is a wine produced 100% with Sangiovese grosso di Montalcino, the vineyards from which this grape comes are located in the municipality of Montalcino at an average altitude of about 300 m above sea level. During the first part of September the Sangiovese is harvested by hand, destemmed and placed in stainless steel containers for alcoholic fermentation which lasts for about 20 days at a temperature of about 30°C. Subsequently the Rosso di Montalcino Silvio Nardi DOC is separated from the skins and placed in wooden containers of different sizes in which Rosso di Montalcino Silvio Nardi rests for about a year. Rosso di Montalcino Silvio Nardi DOC is bottled and put on the market.
