Ribolla Gialla Alturis is a wine produced by the Alturis winery in Friuli, with Ribolla Gialla grape variety. Ribolla Gialla is cultivated in the plains and hills of the area in front of Cividale del Friuli. The grapes are harvested and brought to the winery around the first decade of September and gentle pressed. The musts ferment in vitrified cement tanks at about 18 ° C for 15 days to allow yeasts to express the aromatic potential of the Ribolla Gialla variety. In the spring following Ribolla Gialla Alturis harvest, it is blended and bottled.
