Caseificio Roccaverano nasce formalmente nel 2005 ma vanta una lunghissima tradizione casearia, in questo caseificio esiste anche un allevamento di circa 600 capre che sono libere di pascolare nelle colline poste nelle vicinanze dell'azienda e di queste circa 120 capi sono le Capre di Roccaverano, antica razza autoctona che viene preservata a tutela della biodiversità.
