Haderburg winery was founded in the mid-70s when the Haderburg family decided to start making wine from the grapes that were sold to other wineries, up to that time Haderburg were great vinegrowers and producers of apples. The production of Haderburg is directed immediately to the champenois method wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir called Blauburgunder in Trentino. Haderburg intends agriculture as a deep respect for the environment and nature, including the plant cycles and the seasons never trying to force the natural rhythms, this means work as in biodynamic agriculture. The vineyards lie in two main estates, the Hausmannhof which is 400 m above sea level near the town of Salorno is where Haderburg wines ages so in Hausmanhof there is the wine cellar and the house of the family. A second estate is called Obermairlhof, purchased in the early 2000s, covers 2.9 hectares of vineyards it is at an altitude between 620 and 700 meters above sea level wonderfully exposed.
