For years now the Canti family has been producing and refining pecorino cheeses that are produced according to their own recipes by carefully selected dairies: the further step taken with Rocca Toscana Formaggi was to produce them directly, signing an agreement with the Roccastrada Dairy, known to experts in the sector for the great quality of the product.
