Maschio dei Cavalieri Prosecco Extra Dry

Maschio dei Cavalieri Prosecco Extra Dry is made from 100% Glera grapes, these are harvested and brought to the winery for pressing. The musts are fermented at a low temperature to allow yeast to produce the finest and elegant aromatic compounds. The wines matures in steel for several months before being sent to the secondary fermentation in autoclave with Charmat method. This process takes place after the addition of yeast and sugar to the wines allowing the development of bubbles within this autoclave, Maschio dei Cavalieri Prosecco Extra Dry is then decanted in isobaric conditions as not to lose the bubbles and then is bottled. The bottles are corked and labeled then they're ready for commercialization.
