Pinot Noir Hausmannhof Haderburg Is a wine produced with the Pinot Nero variety cultivated in mountain vineyards in the Hausmannhof estate from the Haderburg winery in South Tyrol in the town of Salorno. The vineyards set at about 400-500 m sldm guarantee a perfect ripening of the Pinot Nero grapes that will produce high quality fruit. Around the middle of September, Pinot Noir is manually harvested and brought to the winery for pressing. The fermentation takes place in thermocontrolled steel tanks for about 15 days, during which numerous pump-over are repeated to extract perfumes, colors and texture from the skins.
