Petra Hebo

Petra Hebo Suvereto DOCG is a wine produced by the famous Petra winery in Tuscany in the area of Suvereto. Petra Hebo Suvereto DOCG is the result of a skilful blend of wines made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes. The soil of Val di Cornia in Tuscany is particularly suited to quality viticulture and Petra over the years has been able to interpret this potential and produce wines of great quality. The grapes are harvested at different times depending on the period of perfect maturation, the voinification takes place by gravity in fact the winery Petra is built in such a way as to reduce as much as possible the impact of technology, the grapes end up in the fermentation tanks by gravity as the reception area of the grapes is located in the upper part of the winery. As a result, after fermentation, the Petra Hebo Suvereto DOCG wine is separated from the pomace and aged in Slavonian oak barrels located in the basement, then the wine flows by gravity into these barrels where it remains for 12 months before assembly and bottling.
