Perricone Tenute Orestiadi is a wine produced with Perricone grapes cultivated in the Belice Valley area of Sicily, in the municipality of Gibellina. The vineyards in which Perricone is cultivated have volcanic soils that, together with favorable climate conditions, allow the grapes to reach a perfect ripening state every year. Perricone is harvested and taken to the winery for pressing, alcohol fermentation takes place in steel tanks at about 25-27 ° C for about 15 days during which refills and delestages are repeated to extract fragrances and polyphenols from skins.
