The Busti real sheep is a cheese of medium maturation and is produced with pure sheep's milk. This cheese has the characteristic of having a pinstripe paste and a crust with a typical colour due to the use of olive oil bottoms. Fresh and tasty cheese is excellent eaten with medium-bodied Tuscan red wine.
