Papale Primitivo di Manduria Oro Varvaglione is a wine produced with Primitivo grapes grown in the vineyards of the Varvaglione winery near the Ionian Sea in the territory of the DOC Primitivo di Manduria. Primitivo grapes are harvested manually and brought to the winery for vinification. Fermentation and maceration take place in thermocontrolled stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C for about 15 days during which numerous pumpovers and delestages are made to enrich the wine.
