Beppino Occelli cheese with fruit and Muscat grappa aged 12 months.

Beppino Occelli cheese with fruit and Muscat Grappa is made from sheep's and cow's milk. It ages for a minimum of 12 months and it is refined with the addition of fruit and Muscat Grappa which further enrich its organoleptic framework, offering an absolutely special" sensory experience. The cheese belongs to the Testun family, enriched with fruit, which gives the cheese together with the Muscat grappa a unique hint. Beppino Occelli was the first created this cheese with fruit and Muscat grappa. The cheese for about 12 months remains to be refined in Pamparato on the Maritime Alps in Piedmont.
