Negroamaro Vitti is a wine produced from 100% Negroamaro grapes, a typical Apulian grape variety, from the area of Salento. Pietra Pura is a winery of Rocca delle Macie group that produces wines from Puglia with an international mold while maintaining their personality. The Negroamaro grapes are taken to the cellar for pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers for about 15-20 days at a temperature of 25 ° C during which numerous pumps over allow Negroamaro wine to extract aromatic and coloring substances from skins. After fermentation the Negroamaro Vitti is separated from the skins and placed in steel for about six months before blending and bottling.
