Negroamaro F" Feudi di San Marzano"

Negroamaro San Marzano F" is a wine that is born from the selection of the oldest vineyards of the Negroamaro grape variety cultivated in bunch vines in the territories of the Feudi di San Marzano. These vineyards are rich in iron oxides and calacarea composition, combined with the climatic conditions and extraordinary thermal excursion make these places perfect for the ripening of Negroamaro grape, which finds in the Negroamaro San Marzano "F" a magisterial expression. Grapes are hand-harvested in small baskets. Maceration: 18 days on 80% of the mass, 25 days on remaining 20% (with selected autochthonous yeasts). Thermo-controlled alcoholic fermentation at 24-26°C. The aging of Negroamaro San Marzano "F" takes place for 12 months in French rustic barriques before bending and bottling.
