Nebbiolo Langhe DOC Andrea Oberto
Nebbiolo Langhe Andrea Oberto is a ruby-colored wine with slight garnet reflections. On the nose, it has a fairly complex bouquet: fruity with elegant purple floral notes (typical of Nebbiolo). In the mouth it is enveloping, warm, robust with well polished and pleasant tannins and with a persistent finish.

Nebbiolo Langhe Andrea Oberto Is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the area of La Morra on calcareous-clayey soils in a vineyard plot of 14 ha with south-east exposure. Nebbiolo grapes are harvested manually in perfect phenolic maturation and taken to the cellar for fermentation with maceration which takes place in thermoconditioned steel tanks for a period of about 15 days at medium temperatures of 25 ° C allowing Nebbiolo grapes to yield to the wine all Polyphenolic and aromatic substances. Subsequently Nebbiolo Langhe Andrea Oberto is separated from the skins and placed in steel for refining until the assembly and bottling takes place the year after the harvest.
