Nebbiolo d'Alba Poderi Colla is a wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the Poderi Colla winery cultivated in vineyards of average altitude of 350 m sldm. The Nebbiolo grapes are manually harvested around the first ten days of October and brought to the winery for vinification. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers with a maceration that lasts for about 15 days at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C. Subsequently the Nebbiolo d'Alba Poderi Colla wine is separated from the skins and placed in aging in Slavonian oak barrels for about 12 months prior to blending and bottling.
