How it's made | The Pizza mozzarella fior di latte follows all the steps of the classic mozzarella's production including the stretching. Its peculiarity is the long shape, given by hand by experienced cheese makers. The texture is harder and less elastic, it contains less liquid than the classic mozzarella and for this reason it is perfectly suitable for pizza seasoning. The pizza mozzarella is delicate and light, contains nutrients rich in calcium and vitamin which are very healthy for the body. |
