Moscato Giallo Franz Haas is a product of the Franz Haas company in South Tyrol. Moscato Giallo Franz Haas is a wine that comes from the vinification of Moscato Giallo grapes that are grown in vineyards well exposed and at an altitude of 400-450m above sea level. When harvested, the grapes are lightly pressed and the skins are left briefly in contact with the must in order to facilitate the extraction of aromatic compounds that strongly characterize the wine Moscato Yellow Franz Haas. After the end of fermentation, the Moscato Giallo Franz Haas wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until the spring following the harvest before bottling.
