Mionetto Prosecco DOC Extra Dry

Prosecco Mionetto Extra Dry is made from 100% Glera grapes, these are harvested and brought to the winery for pressing. The musts are fermented at a low temperature to allow yeast to produce the finest and elegant aromatic compounds. The wines matures in steel for several months before being sent to the secondary fermentation in autoclave with Charmat method. This process takes place after the addition of yeast and sugar to the wines in such a way as to allow the development of bubbles within this autoclave, these wines are then racked in isobaric conditions as not to lose the bubble and bottled. The bottles are capped and labeled and are ready for commercialization.
