The are a fine cut from selected bovines. They can be both on the bone or deboned, the meat is tender with a bit of fat which is sweet and tender. They can be cooked with olive oil or on the charcoal. Together with coarse pepper and extra virgin olive oil. The size of the meat is around 500 g and it is vacuum-packed so that the meat can last up to one month without loosing its features.
