Lugana Ottella is a wine made from 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, the harvest is manual and takes place in September. The grapes are taken to the cellar for pressing, the musts are inoculated with selected yeasts and the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17 ° C and lasts about 15 days.
