Lugana DOC Corte Anna
TASTING NOTES: Lugana Corte Anna shows a deep straw-yellow colour. The nose is intense with aromas of ripened fruit such as apricot and banana and also flowery fragrances such as camomille. The ripeness of the grapes and the age of the vines give savoury and easy-drinking features to the wine together with the good structure which is prominent on the mouth.

Lugana Corte Anna is a wine made with 100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) grapes. The harvest takes place by hand once the grapes have reached the perfect level of phenolic ripeness. Grapes are then brought to the press as quickly as possible. Musts are removed from the lees at low temperatures and then inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation is carried out at the controlled temperature of 16-17°C. Afterwards, Lugana Corte Anna is left in contact with fine lees for 6 months after the harvest, before being bottled.

Combinations
Lugana Corte Anna is a wine with a strong personality which goes well with seafood and freshwater fish from the Garda Lake. It also matches perfectly white meat dishes which are not too rich. Excellent pairing with hard and extra-hard cheeses like the Bagoss from Bagolino.
