Lugana Ca Maiol Molin is a selection of the best grapes of the company and used to make a full-bodied and elegant wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and then brought to the winery where their skins are cold-macerated for more than 48 hours at a temperature of 3-4°C in order to help the extraction of the aromas from the skins to the must. Musts fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to help the aromas of the yeast to develop and once the fermentation is over, Lugana Molin is refined by extended lees for six months before bottling.

Gli impianti di Ca Maiol hanno una densità di impianto di circa 6000 ceppi per ettaro la forma di allevamento è la controspalliera con metodologia di potatura a guyot. |
