Kitz Rottensteiner

Kitz Rottensteiner is a wine produced by the Hans Rottensteiner estate in Trentino, it is the first Cuveè wine derived from a skilful blend of Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Kitz derives from the name with which the young ibex specimens are called. The grapes are harvested manually and vinified in steel at a controlled temperature in order to enhance the aromas of the wines of the varieties that make up Kitz Rottensteiner. The Kitz Rottensteiner wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest and immediately placed on the market.
