Box of Kanzi Apples

The Kanzi® apple is a new variety created by crossing the Gala apple with the Braeburn. This fruit has inherited the best qualities from each of its "parents": from the Braeburn it has a high vitamin C content, a pleasantly fruity acidity, a strong and crisp taste at first bite; from the Gala it has preserved its red colour and its sweet touch. Thanks to the fact that the Kanzi® apple was selected from the very beginning of cultivation for its very high quality parameters, both organoleptically and nutritionally, it now offers every consumer the opportunity to taste something completely new. The name Kanzi® means "hidden treasure" in Swahili and alludes to a unique taste experience that evokes something exotic.
