The apricot juice by Dal Fatourin is made with apricots picked in the surrounding area of Rimini, in Emilia Romagna, from fields that respect the organic farming legislations. The apricots are carefully pressed in order to preserve their taste and the properties of the fruit. Unrefined cane sugar is added to the apricots to sweeten and to extend the product preservation. Artificial aromas and colourant are absolutely prohibited. The final product is a light, tasty and healthy juice, perfect anytime of the day.

| How it's made | The apricot juice is made with organic apricots. All the ingredients are worked by hand. When Daniela and Antonio think that the fruits have reached their perfect ripening level, these are picked by hand when they are slightly green in order to maintain a good acidity even in the juice. Apricots are cooked at high temperatures in order to preserve the colour and the nutrients of the fruit. Then water is added and as sweetener unrefined cane sugar is used, avoiding to use refined sugar. Then the juice is bottles and released on the market. |
