Peter Zemmer represents the third generation of winemakers of the company, named aptly after him. Founded in 1928, it is located in Cortina on the Strada del Vino (literally "Wine road") in the southern part of the Trentino Alto Adige region. This area has always been extremely suitable for winemaking. Peter Zeller winery owns 52 hectares of vines where local and international grape varieties are both grown. The company also vinifies grapes of 90 winemakers which are part of a producer association. The aim of the company is to give its wines their own personality, by understanding the territory and by joining together tradition and winemaking technology.

Cavalleri is a winery in Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta. The Cavalleri family was owner of agricultural land since 1450. In Cavalleri is preserved a purchase agreement dated 1842 testifies the purchase of a vineyard which is still owned by Cavalleri called Rampaneto. Even then, the company is producing white and red wine that was sold in bulk, and only after 1967 when Franciacorta reached DOC Cavalleri began to bottle. The first bottles of Franciacorta Cavalleri saw the light in 1979 when Gian Paolo and Giovanni Cavalleri abandoned the ancient wine cellar and built it a more modern one. Today Cavalleri winery is a landmark of style in Franciacorta believing strongly in the concept blanc de blanc so thy use Chardonnay grapes only trying to express at the top level cru potentials in Franciacorta.
