Peter Zemmer represents the third generation of winemakers of the company, named aptly after him. Founded in 1928, it is located in Cortina on the Strada del Vino (literally "Wine road") in the southern part of the Trentino Alto Adige region. Ca del Bosco is one of the most famous wineries in the world. It is located in Erbrusco, in the Franciacorta area. Ca del Bosco's history began when in middle '60s Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved to Erbusco with her son Maurizio in a house surrounded by a wood of chestnut trees, called cà del bosc (literally 'house in the wood').
