Paolo Scavino is an historic winery in the Barolo area founded in 1923 by Lorenzo and his son Paolo Scavino. The Company has always been a leader in the production of Barolo wine as it vinifies some of the most exclusive crus of the areas. It was the young Enrico Scavino in 1978 who convinced his father Paolo to vinify separately Nebbioli of Fiasco Cru, as all the years of superior quality. Today Henry with his wife and his daughters Enrica and Elisa are the third and fourth generation leading the company, and then as now the goal is to produce wines worthy of the beautiful territory from which they come from.
