Capovilla Distillery is born from the passion of a man named Vittorio Capovilla. The passion for distillates was born in 1974 when he began to deal with oenology machines and also discovered the world of distillation. The characteristic of Capovilla's philosophy is certainly that of raising the level of raw materials together with the desire to deal with the distillation of rare and under-valued fruits. Vittorio Capovilla also pays close attention to the fermentation of raw materials so as not to extract compounds that will inevitably be distilled.
