Haderburg Brut is a Alto Adige Spumante DOC classic method wine produced by the Haderburg winery in Tentino Alto Adige in the Hausmanhoff estate in Salorno. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are grown in mountain vineyards at an average altitude ranging from 350 to 550 m sldm. The exceptional environment and the altitude of the vineyards make it possible to ripen the exceptional grapes for the production of Haderburg Brut. The grapes are manually harvested and vinified separately, once in the winery grapes are gentle pressed and the musts ferment in thermoconded steel tanks for about 15 days. In the spring after the harvest, the wines are blended and bottled by adding sugars and yeasts that will lead to the second fermentation in the bottle. Haderburg Brut refines for a minimum of 24 months in the bottle before disgorging.
