Grappa Pò of Poli Elegant is obtained by distilling selected Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco pomace through an artisanal distillation process, in small batches, with a copper alambic with discontinuous steam boilers. PO 'DI POLI clearly indicates its taste to favor consumer choice. An identifiable taste derived from a harmonious cuvée of individual vines belonging to the same family but different for clones, origin, collection times and vinification technique: the PoliVitigno.
