These grape marc are put into the steamy stil, allowing a very precise and extremely fine distillation to eliminate any impurities to the detriment of yield. The result is the Grappa Montanaro Ed Bepino 0.5, an elegant and very persistent product both from the aromatic and tasteful point of view. After the distillation it is then placed in precious wood barrels, the grappa is left to be aged for years in special cellars.
