Granglona 18 months is a sheep's milk cheese with a sweet and harmonious yet intense and elegant taste and flavour profile that is superlative! The sheep's milk used in the production of Granglona pecorino is supplemented with calf rennet and also has the particularity of being defatted during the flowering process; it is also a pecorino with a low salt content.
