Garda Riserva 24 months is a cheese of Lombard origin produced in the valley of Garda Bresciano produced with milk from Alpine brown cows, a cheese that ages for over 18 months before being marketed. Garda Riserva 24 months cheese reaches its maximum expression after a maturation of at least 18 months, that is when the structure becomes crumbly and the taste full and absolutely unique. Its peculiarity is to remain always sweet, never spicy and to have a fruity and very intense taste, characteristic of the most advanced maturing, with a strong persistence on the palate.

Garda riserva 24 months is produced with milk from alpine brown cows, the milk used comes exclusively from the areas of the Alpe del Garda farm. Garda Riserva is a semi-fat, hard cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. It is ivory white in color tending to straw yellow and the typical hard rind is covered with the brand name. The Garda Riserva is aged for at least 18 months. Excellent cheese consumed in purity, with a high nutritional value and easily digestible.
